Tuesday night we had our final X-team dinner of the semester. We have a dinner once a month for the student leaders in our ministry, as a way for them to connect and encourage one another.
X-team is the name for our student leadership team. Alicia has a team of five girls that she meets with once a week to build into and train. I have a team of three guys, and also meet with them on a weekly basis. These students are all currently leading freshmen Bible studies in different areas of campus. The goal is that as we build into them, they would build into the younger students, multiplying their lives in that way.
Creighton, Mike, and Jon are the 3 guys I meet with.
Katie is in Alicia's group and was also in San Diego with us this past summer.
Retta and Laura are also a part of Alicia's group.
Please pray for us as we build into these students, and also for them as they build into the freshmen.
