Early Thursday morning, Alicia and I woke to strong winds, rain, and eventual hail. Come to find out we were in a tornado warning. Well, our county was. The storm moved through pretty quick, and produced an F3 tornado touching down near Kansas City. Shingles were ripped off our apartment complex and caused much more damage throughout Lawrence and the Kansas City area. This wasn't too comforting for Alicia considering her biggest fear in moving to Kansas is that she was sure this is THE "tornado alley".
