We are finally home after traveling over the Christmas break. We spent some time celebrating Christmas with family in Omaha and Norfolk, before a week in Denver for the Denver Christmas Conference.

We had a great time with family and Jack even did pretty well at the conference. The students loved seeing him and he learned how to "wave". He actually invented his own little wave, where he just puts his hand up in the air, pointing at the person he is waving to. It is so cute! As the days went on, he started getting pretty fussy and not sleeping well, so finally on the last day of the conference, we took him to the doctor and found out that he had an ear infection. The medicine seemed to help right away though, so we had a pretty good drive home. It is really good to be back and settled into our home. And today Jack is 9 months old!
